Structural connectors are a category where breadth without discipline creates risk. Wuhan Puruite Construction Materials Co., Ltd. has therefore organised its export range around the load path of a timber frame or light steel frame building, rather than around an undifferentiated catalogue. Roof-to-wall connections, wall-to-foundation connections and beam-to-column connections are each covered by dedicated product families with published capacities.

What the Range Covers

• Wind and uplift products. Hurricane clips, hold-down anchors, wind tension rods and sliding wind tension rods for shear wall and roof detailing.
• Beam and post connections. T-connectors, concealed T-type and U-type beam-column connectors, and adjustable lifting screws for timber house levelling.
• Floor and roof framing. Standard and heavy-duty joist hangers, including 45-degree skewed connectors and custom sizes for non-standard member widths.
• Sheathing and general fixing. OSB panel clips, angle brackets, flat plate connectors and truss plates.

Quality Control and Traceability

Each production batch is traceable to the steel strip used, and mill certificates are available with shipment. Dimensional inspection is carried out on formed parts rather than only on flat strip, because fit on site depends on the formed geometry. For customers in humid and coastal markets, coating mass is specified and verified so that long-term corrosion performance matches the specification.

Supporting Projects, Not Just Orders

Overseas projects rarely proceed exactly as drawn. Member sizes change, connection details are revised, and quantities move between standard and custom items. Our technical team works directly with these changes, supplying drawings for custom connectors and adjusting production plans so that site programmes are not held up by hardware.
